We are aware of an issue currently affecting Hi-mail v1 users. Our IT team is working diligently to resolve the problem, and we aim to have the system back up and running shortly. Please note that Hi-mail v2 is fully operational and can still be used as normal. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Update 28/01/25 – 12:23 pm The issue is still ongoing, but please rest assured that we are actively working on a fix to restore our Hi-mail v1 service as quickly as possible. A number of FDM’s online services have seen a drop in connection every few minutes and we are investigating the issue. |

We are aware of server issues that are currently affecting Hi-mail V1. Our IT team are actively working on a resolution and hope to have everything up and running shortly. Hi-mail V2 is fully operational and can be used as normal. Hi-mail services have gone down and our IT team are currently looking into this. UPDATE 14:52: Our IT team have identified a problem with the network connection to one of our the servers earlier today. This has been escalated to our 3rd partly IT company who are currently looking into this. We hope to update you soon as we learn more on the outage. |

Our Team have identified an issue with the Hi-mail database server. They’re working with our third party IT company to get Hi-mail back up and running as quickly as possible. |
